For Teachers, By Teachers

Expert financial education that works in the classroom and changes lives

At Just Finance Foundation, we believe financial education is most powerful when it reflects the realities of the classroom. That’s why our LifeSavers programme has been shaped from the start by the people who know schools best – teachers.

Classroom educators, subject leads and school leaders have helped us create a programme about money that’s practical, curriculum-linked and rooted in the values that underpin meaningful learning.

We offer our financial education programme, LifeSavers, free to schools across the UK. Designed by teachers, for teachers, LifeSavers includes curriculum-linked resources, CPD, and whole-school tools that make it easy to embed financial education in a way that supports your existing goals — whether that’s meeting Ofsted expectations, delivering your school’s values, or equipping your pupils with skills for life.

Made by teachers. Made for classrooms

From lesson planning to assemblies, every part of LifeSavers is shaped by experienced educators who understand what works — and what doesn’t. We test, adapt and improve everything with real feedback from schools like yours.

We know your time is limited, your priorities are full, and your pupils have different needs. That’s why we focus on resources that are:

  • Easy to use straight from the folder or screen

  • Adaptable to your class, values or school day

  • Rooted in real-life conversations children are already having about money

Because when teachers lead the way, financial education becomes more effective and more meaningful.

Trusted. Free. For every school.

We are a charity with a clear mission: to equip future generations with meaningful financial education for life.

Thanks to the generosity of our funders, LifeSavers is completely free for UK primary schools. No cost. No catch. Just meaningful education, backed by evidence, and designed to get the best outcomes for your students, fit your curriculum and respect your time.

Feedback that drives change

Your input directly shapes what we do next. We gather feedback in a range of ways:

  • A one-time baseline survey when schools first join

  • An end-of-year survey to assess impact and hear what’s working

  • Short interviews and research projects to explore new approaches

  • Ongoing input from our team of experienced teacher and headteacher advisors

These insights allow us to keep improving LifeSavers, tailor resources to real classroom needs, and demonstrate the programme’s impact to supporters and funders.

Your feedback helps other schools. It shapes national guidance. And it helps keep our work free and grounded in what matters most.
